Hello all,

since this is my first post on this forum, let me start by saying how much I enjoy working with Krusader. It's good to have a reliable and proven work-horse in a modern incarnation. Thanks to the devs for doing this!

Now for my question: I've noticed that when I try to drag a file from Krusader to a new message in KMail, I don't get the expected "add as text/add as attachment" dialog, but instead am asked to provide a name for the attachment. When I do, something get's attached to the mail, but it seems to be only the mime type icon of the file in question.

There has been a bug filed with KDE for this:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=173230
They seem to think it's a Krusader issue.

I checked Krusader's bug tracker for this, but came up empty. Is the issue known here? Does anyone of the Krusader team work on this?

Thanks a bunch!

(Slackware 12.2, QT 4.5.0, KDE 4.2.2, Krusader 2.0.0)

I have the same problem here.
Krusader 2.0.0, KDE 4.3.1, Gentoo
No change with version 2.1.0-beta1 (compiled from source)
Any solution?

I found the problem and fixed it.
See https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2905464&group_id=6488&atid=306488

Maybe someone can include this in the 2.1.0 version?
